I am 40. I have a history of ddd and stenosis throughout entire spine with tumors and bleeds also throughout entire spine and surgeries on cerivical and lumbar regions.

Gradually over about 4 months T7-T11 feels swollen, no visible deformity, no accident, no fall, no reason, feels nothing like the problems I had with cervical and lumbar areas that ended up requiring surgeries.
My spine, a slight bit to the left of the spine in the T7-T11 ( I'm estimating ) feels VERY SWOLLEN and feels like I'm laying on a steel bar, which I'm not. No numbness or tingling in any limbs but a band from left to right in that area feels very numb, no tingling, just numb.

Any ideas? I haven't made a dr appointment b/c the specialists I have been assigned to in my hospital only takes appointments once a month and even with an appointment it takes about 8 hours to wait for the "appointment" and be seen. Makes for a very painful day for me.
If it seems urgent I will go, I just would like some advice if you have any of what this could be.
Thank you!

It could be a ruptured disc that's pushing on your spinal cord
