thoracic cyst on mri

I recently had an mri for another issue, and my doctor discovered a cyst on the 7th rib on the outside near the vertabrae. We also discovered I have arthritis in the same region (not sure if that is relevant). I did have a benign mole remver from the exact same location (as far as I could tell by viewing my mri) and was wondering if that could have anything to do with it. When they did the removal they cut rather deep to be sure the root was taken out. Other than that, I have had no injuries to the area, there is no swelling, no pain at all, nothing. I didn't make the connection of the two until after I left the doctor (I was pretty blindsided since I am only 22) and was just wondering if there could be a connection and if not, should I really worry?
