Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Since you have had a recent miscarriage, you should be careful this time. Uterus takes about 4-6 weeks to heal completely after miscarriage to be able to support healthy pregnancy. The ovulation signs if monitored well can help you to time your intercourse for fruitful results. If you had been sexually active few days before actual ovulation day or on day of ovulation, chances of pregnancy are possible. If fertile mucus had been present, sperms can stay alive for 5-7 days. After ovulation, egg has only 24 hours to get fertilized. The symptoms (increased hunger, food cravings, nausea, increased vaginal discharge, frequent urination, mood changes, increased tiredness and sleep) that you describe could suggest pregnancy possibility. Few women can experience symptoms suggestive of pregnancy as early as 24-48 hours after fruitful intercourse. Wait and watch for your next periods. Look out for development of any other new symptoms if pregnancy is suspected. If periods do not start within 10 days of expected period dates, or if you get abnormal periods, or if you suspect chances of pregnancy, consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). If pregnancy gets confirmed, consider getting serial HCG levels estimated. Doubling up of the hormone levels in 48-72 hours will show that pregnancy is going on smoothly. If levels are not adequate, then external hormonal supplements would be considered to be started to help you in preventing miscarriage/threatened abortion. An early ultrasound scan done will help to know if pregnancy is intrauterine or ectopic along with confirmation of gestational age and viability. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately.
Take care.
