Q: this is really worrying me...

so tonight as i'm laying here restless, unable to sleep as usual, i came across an online newsweek article about anxiety attacks and they had a doctor quoted saying how she used to say that anxiety attacks are not fatal but has stopped saying that because attacks can cause irregular heartbeat and possibly coronary spasms...since reading it, it has really troubled me. I was just wondering if there were any thoughts and if i could get some feedback from you all...

its just a panic attack have you been to a doctor yet? im a male 24 years old and i m going threw anxeity and panic at the same time but waitin to go to the doc to see if anythings wrong with me but im going threw the symtoms durin the day and at night im fine i just get scared about havin another one but ur not alone everybody is going threw the same thaing.
