Hi everyone! What a pleasant way to start the day by finding this forum! Last week was my 61st birthady which I celebrated with my dog and cat. My husband was away on business and not a one of my 5 nor his 4 siblings remembered. I think that sentence tells a lot about why I was pleased to find this forum. Even though I am the "go to person" in the family it doesn't work when I need help or support. I live out in the country in central New Jersey so there aren't any near by neighbors. I like to read and go for walks and hate winter and snow. I have a long medical history and hope to have some positive sharing on the forums. Thanks for being here.

Yes I am a libra. Much to the advantage of all those around me. I'm not sure how this forum works. Is there a way I can have personal messages and be part of the whole group? My computer skills are pretty limited to just finding letters to make words! My main health issue is lungs. I have an unique infection called MAC/MAI as well as some emphysema. It really is nice tyo be sitting here so alone and at the same time not alone!

Yes --- do you see the "private messages" link at the top of the page? You click there, and can write private message to other members.

Thanks for the information. I live in centeral New Jersey USof A. Today is a beautiful day! The autumn leaves are in full colour! Unfortunately the leaves falling from the trees add to breathing problems. It's a very low energy day!

i am mona from pakistan, i am 36 and feeling lonely too , may be like you. i think u r lucky to celebrate your happiest day with cat or dog, i sometimes pass this day as i have taken a medicine! often my husband is not with me due to arme person.
so life is like that. atleast we are not alone in this world.
