Third trimester pre-eclampsia symptoms and cocnerns.

I was admitted to labor and delivery on wednesday and blood and protein was found in my urine., but no leuckocytes to indicate infection. I went in for abdominal pain, swelling in hands and feet and my blood pressure was very high 167/117. My doctor sent me home to rest for 2 days after my blood pressure stabilized later that day. I went back to work today 1-20-12 and am having the same symptoms again...elevated bp (I work in a hospital and had the ER department check it for me) 155/92 and very dizzy and lightheaded and swelling. I have already called my doctors office and am waiting for a return call, but I would just like to know if I should be worried about pre-eclampsia at this point?
