Should I be concerned that my right testicle has a pea-sized ball / lump connected to it? It's only on my right one, not my left one. I'm 13 years old. Thanks in advance.

I have that too. I think we have testicular cancer, but I'm afraid to go to the doctor about it. I don't want to lose my ball, you know?

Maybe not
If is small and not growing maybe a cyst, if is growing and is not painful, you need to see your doctor and an evaluation should be done, if you feel like liquid inside of it is a cystocele and this needs surgery, but if the lump is growing and no painful needs to be check and a blood test for alphafetoprotein is mandatory. Godspeed

I have a weird pain on my left testicle inside near the top and it hurts kind of. i was doing a self examination and i noticed a strand or something going up my balls to the base of my penis. is that just something connecting the testicles or something? but whats the pain from? i had it for 3 days so far. also i noticed there was a tiny bump thing at the top of my sack close to my penis. (kind of like the shape and size of a grain of rice. plz help me.
