Q: thin / short cervix

Hello, I'm 18 weeks pregnant and today at the ultrasound my cervix measured 2,5sm.
I'll go back for another one next week to see if it's progressing in any way.
Is there any natural treatments for thinning cervix at that stage other than bed rest?
Progestrone cream? Supplementation? What can be helpful? Shocked
My first pregnancy was full term (she is 5 now), never had any cervix surgery or trauma.

Thank you
