I get acute pain in my inner thigh from last three.

scattered thigh pain
i am an avid skateboarder, its my life and for a week now ive been in pain because when i lift my leg i get pain in the left, upper part of my right thigh and right above my knee. i cant handle not skating, and can you please tell me whats wrong with my thigh.
