Hello,

I have been weight training for the last 1.5 months after a break of 6 years. I am 27 years old. I noticed 3 days back that there was a diagonal swelling on both my inner thighs. They are about an inch or so away from my groin area and are uniform on both sides. They are about 2 inches in length. There is no pain, but there is some soreness. I do leg exteension exercises and am really worried this is hernia of some sort. What do you gus think?

Extremely eHealthy
This sounds as exercise-induced muscle damage, manifested with muscle swelling and muscle soreness on both upper legs.
