Before my period I always get very thick discharge. it smells a little but nothing to bad. lately I have had the discharge all month. the other night my boyfriend went down to give me oral. he made a sound of disgust and asked me what was going on. the inside of my vagina from the opening to my clitoris was covered in the thick white discharge. we had sex anyway. when he removed his penis. it was covered in the discharge. it is embarrassing. I have a wonderful boyfriend. he apologized for embarrassing me and we continue to have a healthy sex life. I have tried switching soaps and i went to the doctor. she told me it was nothing to worry about. does anyone know what this is? and why it is happening?

maybe it's just girl cum? i don't really know britania, but maybe you are just "extra wet" around your period. i would imagine that if a doctor looked at you and checked you out that you're probably just fine!

women's hormones change over time. probably where you are at this stage in your life, you probably just have the right mix of hormones to have a little extra discharge.

as much as it "disgusted" your boyfriend, evidently it didn't keep him from enjoying having sex with you...so that's not a problem.

don't be embarrassed by it. it's just your body acting naturally.
