Hi. This is Lour. I am 22 years old and I had the below US findings abour 4-5 days after my last period (Day 9 of my cycle):

"The retroverted uterus is normal in size, contour and echopattern. It measures 56x40x40mm. The endometrial stripe is thickened with full thickness of 15mm. No focal mass is noted. The cervix is unremarkable.

The right ovary measures 27x20mm. The left ovary measures 26x21mm. Few small follicles are noted in both ovaries. No adnexal mass is seen. No free fluid is noted in the cul de sac."

Could this indicate early pregnancy? one that could have started before my period (moderately heavy for 5-7 days)...since my endometrium is very thick even after my period at day 9 of my cycle?

Could I still be pregnant if small follicles in both ovaries were found instead of a corpus luteum?

If not pregnant, does this indicate that I have already ovulated? or not yet ovulated?

Thank you very much. I researched about these results and am very confused...

I had an ultrasound because of spotting days after my period...
