I have a headache every day and I can hear a crackling sound in my fore head and pains in my ears every once in a while. The muces that i get out is very thick almost like a kids toy but its clear.Most of the drainage goes down my throat and not my nose.And another weird thing is that some times when my stomach growels my fore head crackles right after. It freaks me out some times.My doctor say that these kind of things can be very tricky to fix.He said I have tmj and i do notice that i clinch my teeth alot .If im active it seems that i dont think about it as much.This has been going on for 3 years but its been getting worst lately and its making me very moody and i finding that its affecting my family.Can someone help me.
Things that make it feel better is steam from the shower will help get some of the flim out and helps a little also something cool on my fore head feels good.If anyone can give me some advise i would love to hear from you thanks.
