hey, can anyone help me please ?i had a laparscopy in january and ive been single for abt a year, and had sex last wk and there was some bleeding. should i be concerned abt it or wld it be because its been so long since i last had sex ?

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Bleeding/spotting during or after intercourse is not normal. It could be suggestive of infection, injury, cervical dysplasia, endometriosis, endometritis, etc. Do not ignore your symptoms. Visit your treating doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for further examination and investigations to look for the underlying cause. Get started on treatment as indicated.
