Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Having occasional chunks of endometrial tissue n menstrual bleeding is considered to be normal. If it recurs or if it is associated with heavy menstrual blood flow or severe abdominal cramps and presence of clots, then do not ignore it. Visit your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation and assistance. Drink plenty of water. Avoid use of caffeinated and carbonated beverages. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
