I'm 27 years old.

Going on three weeks ago, I went to the doctor about an alternating, dull, twinge-like pain in my testicles. He examined me and said I most likely have Epididymitis, and prescribed Cipro to me.

I took it for a week, didn't feel any better, and he gave me Septra DS. I have two days left on that, and I'm starting to feel better.

Well, I've noticed something odd in my right testicle over this period of antibiotic:

It seems to hang up higher than usual, and the bottom is tilted in toward my other testicle. Then last night, I woke up to something that scared me.

If you reached down and took hold of your right testicle as it hangs normally, tilt the lowest hanging part of it up toward your stomach, and that's how I found it when I woke up! I have no pain accompanying this, and all I did was "flip" it back down where it was supposed to be, but now I'm worried torsion might be starting?
