My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex in October. He did not ejaculate inside me, but about a half hour after that we started having sex again for a few seconds and I realized that wasn't a good idea since some sperm might still be present from earlier so we stopped immediately.

I started taking birth control pills mid-November. Sometimes I spot and the past month there has been brown discharge. I've noticed my stomach got a little bigger, but I noticed that change in August before I ever had sex. I'm just a little paranoid, but is it possible I'm pregnant?

It's mostly the slightly bigger tummy that's bothering me. But since I have discharge, does that definitely rule out a pregnancy?

Having unprotected sex is never a good idea. Even if he did not ejaculate inside you, there is the so-called precum.

Brown discharge is an indication of pregnancy but it is also possible you are only experiencing breakthrough bleeding which is an effect of birth control pills.

If you have missed your periods since then, my advice take a pregnancy test. That's the only way to resolve this. either that or gather courage to visit your doctor. Smile

You had sex in October...and then started the pills in November? Did you get your period before you started the pills? I'm confused about your timing, because it is now February when you're posting this. Have you had any periods since October?
