Hello and welcome to e health forum.

Usually the scar of a hernia surgery, if not associated with any complications like infection, dehiscence, etc. heals well within 7 - 10 days.

But exertional activities and physical exercises can be resumed after 4-6 weeks after the surgery.

You might consult your treating surgeon for a examination, and he might give you a proper advice about resuming any specific activity after a proper examination.
