Q: The possibility of disease from unequal testicles

sir my left testical is lower than right sir i want to know is it serious problem and i want to know testicals are equal from birth if yes than what is the possible treatment and i have no any pain any dieseas regarding testicals

The human body is not completely symmetrical as it may seem. The size and level of testicles are usually different on the left and on the right side. As long as there is no pain and change in the size and position of a testicle, there is a very high probability that there are no pathological conditions.
