I am 19 years old, and 12 days ago had unprotected sex but practiced coitus interruptus (removal before ejaculation). I have done this several times in the past without getting pregnant, but yesterday I felt a sharp pain near my ovary. I didn't think it was ovulation because I had already felt what I thought was ovulations about 8 days prior. I'm worried that it could have been implantation, as later that day my urine was pink - no spotting on the toilet paper, but pink fluid in the toilet bowl. Also, I've been having cramps all morning. I've never spotted before, so I'm really concerned. One odd thing - I also had a milky discharge once this morning. The best way to describe it is mucus-like only white-ish. I don't think that's normal for implantation, but I really don't know.

I don't think it's likely that I'm pregnant, but I would like an opinion.

Current medical status: Possible implantation bleeding from pregnancy. One instance of spotting and one instance of milky discharge. Abdominal cramps similar to period.
Current medical treatment: None

It is too early to say if you are pregnant or not on the 27th of September. You need to wait for about 10 days more until your expected period comes. If you miss the expected period you should perform a pregnancy test.

Spotting and milky vaginal discharge are not signs of pregnancy. They are more likely to be signs of a vaginal infection. You may want to consult a gynecologist about this.
