Q: The Importance of Proper Sleep

Well, I had a little resurgence. Let me tell you why. SLEEP. For the love of god, when you start to get better and eventually feel awesome, DON'T GET COCKY! I was starting to say, what the heck, stay up a bit later, and was staying up to 2AM doing various things, getting up around 8:30 or so. NOT GOOD. Please, for the love of god, strive to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep every night if you can. Getting cocky with your sleep schedule can progressively ruin you. Thankfully, getting back on track with my sleep got rid of it, but make sure you don't do the same!

Migraines
Hi Stan

I've been on a strict diet now for 12 weeks and this has helped heaps. The last 3-4 weeks I've been good. Have also lost 8kg. Then 3 days ago I had a severe migraine with loss of vision and still have a headache today!! Went to hospital and am going to have testing. Mentioned hypoglycemia, but fell on deaf ears. I've only ever had 3 other migraines with loss of vision my whole life but they were during pregnancy!?

What the?
