I had the Gout about a year ago, got a back-up supply of indomethacine. Went on a trip to Ireland, and as the saying goes: When in Rome do as the Romans do. BTW the Guiness Stout at the Brewery was magnificent. The only Ale I missed having was O'Hara's. You guessed it I went to the back-up supply and knocked it out of the box. I'm 70 years young been behaving Myself. This is kinda comical then My knee when out. They talk about the Golden Years. I certainly hope things will get better now that I'm behaving Myself. I also started the Black Cherry Concentrate regimine, but I mix it with Skim Milk. This was the Wife's suggestion, and it really has a nice taste. Hoping to hear from you people soon. As Always Sam.
