the CBC results ... help appreciated

On 25/1/ 2011, the CBC results of my friend is:

Hct 17.3 %

Neutrophils 1.7 x10^9/L
Eosinophils 0 x10^9/L
Basophils 0 x10^9/L
Lymphocytes 1.3 x10^9/L
Monocytes 0.2 x10^9/L

Platelets 70 x10^9/L

My mom is a GP and she said my friend needs to go back to the hospital. However, my mom would NOT tell me whether it might be leukemia. I'm scared, my friend lives alone and if anything happens, no one will know.


Is it possible for my friend to have leukemia? What else might it be?
