my periods came on the 18th of may an did not come in june when it was supposed to i took 4 home pregnatcy test an it came up negative when i woke up this morning i pea when i wipe i saw traces of red very very very light can u explain wat can be the cause of my periods not comin ?

Welcome to ehealthforum

Missed periods can be due to various reasons as pregnancy,hormonal imbalances due to any underlying disorder,stress etc.If you had sexual contact then possibility of pregnancy is there as Home pregnancy tests sometime take time to give accurate results until hormone HCG is detectable in urine.
Consider visiting a Gynaecologist for examination and get a beta Blood hcg test done for pregnancy determination.
