Hi eveyone out there that is suffering with hypoglycemia. I will quickly tell you that i also was diagnosed about 4 months ago. I had many of the same symptoms, brain fog, fatigue, light headedness, leg pains, confused and couldn't concentrate. I just wanted to tell everyone that I appreciate all of your stories and your advise. I feel like I am going crazy some days with all these symptoms and I want to give up but when I read how people are getting better and that I shoul just keep going, it gives me the strength to do that. Thank you Stan for the diet you gave me last week. I have been following it and am feeling better this week. Anyway, I just wanted to give everyone out there some encouragement and let you know that it feels good to know that I am not alone in this process.
