I started a new pill called sprintec march 18th. I was using loestrin in February and I missed 3 out of that pack. I had my period on the 6th of march and started the new pillson the 18th a week after my period finished. During that week I did have unprotected sex. I don't have any signs that my period is even coming this month. Should I be worried that I might be pregnant???

There's always a chance...and it doesn't sound like you gave your body any time to adjust to the new pills. Wait and see for any other symptoms though, and talk to your gyno/doctor. Also, your body just might be adjusting to the new pills and skip a period, which apparently happens (just started b/c)
