im 20 yrs old and my testicles and scrotum and the penis are too small ....still now I dont have aebough facial hair ....I think I have a low testosterone but anyway I wanna to know ur opinion

Hey,

I'm 18 and I've got similar problems with my nether-area, except I went to the doctor and he said everything was fine. I don't believe him though, but you should definitely call your doctor and get a prescription to have tests done. If it's low, they'll give you supplements or something.
