Given the symptoms you reported, you might be experiencing a hormonal imbalance. Oxytocin is one of the hormones of the neurohypophysis (the posterior part of the hypophisis) which is responsible for propulsing the milk when breastfeeding and for pushing the baby when giving birth. It helps the specific muscles to contract. If the oxytocin blood level is increased, then that might explain the soreness in the breasts and the stomach cramps. The stomach cramps might have been caused by contraction of the uterus, thus leading to detaching the surface of the inner lining of the uterus from its base and causing the unusual vaginal bleeding.

Laboratory tests for the sexual hormones might be helpful.
