The symptoms you reported (“feeling little low”, dry semen) do not indicate an HIV infection. However, it can not be excluded based on the facts you gave. The symptoms of getting infected with HIV might include: fever, moderate pain throughout the body, maybe even a sore throat or running nose. The symptoms are very similar to any flu-like infection and can vary a lot. They usually appear several weeks after exposure. You might want to have an HIV test 3 and 6 months after exposure to exclude HIV infection.
