Diagnosis that has been suggested: Rhinitis

Current medical status: Provided certain tablets but not affective. it cures for the time being.
Current medical treatment: Lee 500, febrex plus, Cynasule

The symptoms might be related to chronic infection of the nasal cavity. You might want to have a swab from the nose to determine if there are bacteria and what antibiotic can kill them. Otherwise you might consult with an ear, nose and throat specialist to see if the surgery is really necessary.
