Q: Testing after exposure

My last exposure was on the 31/12/2008. I did the following test on 7/2/2009.

VDRL/TPPA Syphilis
HIV Oraquick
Chlamydia Urine PCR
Gonorrhea Urine PCR
Hepatitis A IgG Antibody
Hepatitis B Surface Antigen
Hepatitis B Surface Antibody
Hepatitis C Antibody
Herpes Simplex Virus Type I IgG
Herpes Cimplex Virus Type II IgG

All turn out to be negative. My test for trichomoniasis is also negative. I know for Syphilis, I need to take the test again on the 3rd month and for HIV, on the 3rd month and 6th month.

I would like to seek your advise whether results for the other tests are definite at this point of time or do I need to test again later?

Also, I would like to seek your opinion on my risk level for syphilis and HIV. I did it with protection, except for fellatio and cunninglingus.

As for HPV, is there anyway I can test for it? I haven't shown any symptoms yet.

Thank you.
