Hello!
I am 32 years old and I didnt have sex for maybe 2 months.Last week I started to have testicular pain. First, I would go to restroom on the stool and after I pee sometimes sperm start to come out like ejaculation.Then after that i would start to feel pain in my testicles.It is almost like I have something heavy hanging on my testicles or like something is squeezing my testicles.So I dont know if lack of sex is a problem for that.
