I have a lump in my right scrotum and have had since end of july.
I went to doctor and was referred for a scan to rule out cancer
this was done end september and was told all was well.At this time
the lump was the size of a pea but last week it felt as if thr lump was
now spreading thro a vein on the bottom of my testicle and has it feels as if
it has formed another more solid larger lump.Any advice would be grateful.

Well, if you had the courage (which a lot of men don't have for some strange reason) to see a doctor in the first place then just pop back and see him again. I think you will be pleasently relieved, because they know exactly what they're looking for if there is a problem, there are a few things it could be like a varicocele (testicular varicous veins) a large cyst or bengin growth, and undoubtfully anything worse. But DEFINITELY go back to the doctors.
