Hello everyone. About 7 years ago, my boyfriend had a testicle removed due to a diagnosis of cancer and he underwent surgery to remove the left testicle. After that he had radiation. About a year ago, he started experiencing stomach pains so bad, it would double him over. He noticed that his body no longer tolerates the foods that he loves e.g. anything made with dairy products. He has discussed this with his oncologist and was advised that with radiation treatment, some patients experience intestinal changes. I am wondering if anyone else has experienced these radical pains and changes with their stomachs/bowels and if there is something that you've used to help with the discomfort. I realize that the obvious course is to avoid all dairy, spicy, etc.
He has tried various over-the-counter products, but nothing helps him. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!
