for awhile there has been bumps that look
like pimples on my scrotum. i was
wondering if anybody could tell me what
this is. thank you

Probably just sebaceous glands (cysts),
harmless bumps filled with oil gland
secretion. You shouldn't worry about them.
They are not an STD and are not
contagious. The docs never remove them
because they are normal although they
could be removed.
