Im 19 and ever since I can remember my left testicle has a buddy. It seems like an identical twin testicle stuck to it from the bottom. It doesnt hurt other than the normal pain from hitting or squeezing. I have 1 child so i guess my fertility is fine. What could this ''third testicle'' be? Does it need to be removed and if it does, can you explain the procedure to me please.
