Im 25yrs old.My testicles hanging loosely often.i use to masturbate 2-3 times a week.i dont like my testicles hanging very looselyoften. what should i do for it?any advice?

It is normal for the testicles to hang loosely most of the time, so you should just leave them like that. Outside in the cold there are special muscles that elevate the testicles and bring them closer to the body.
