man idk if its common but some guys i kno and myself have the same problem my right testicle is bigger than my left idk y that is but when my friend said he had the same problem it made me feel a little bettr hope it helps u 2

I have too much fat on my testicles place. Is it because of my weight and if i lose weight will that fat go away.

Extremely eHealthy
Perfectly normal, perfectly natural. They're organs, not ball bearings. They are irregular in size and function and until you finish with your development they will continue to change. If you're really concerned about them ask your doctor if they're irregular next time you see him.
