Q: Testicle torsion

I had testicle torsion in my right testes 8 years back and it was removed by operation. I have no problem with other one it is work fine. I was instructed that i shouldn't go for activities like swimming, cycling, weight lifting.

I am interested in activities like Body building and Swimming, after the operation i have never tried them with the fear that i may damage or loose the other one.

Can you suggest how safe is it for pursuing these activities.

I would be honored to receive you precious reply.

Regards

All of those activities can aggravate symptoms, but I would use your own judgement, should be safe but stop if pain occurs.

you'll be fine. If you do weights dont lift anything too heavy, and whatever other sports you decide to take up just start off steady and work your way into it. I doubt you'd get torsion twice.
