I first noticed it a few years ago, one of my testicles feels weird, like it is split in half or something, it freaks me out when I touch it

COuld having got kicked in the balls have caused this? Is this something I should worry about? I thought it could be a tumor but I have noticed it for years and dont think I would still be alive if it was a tumor

anyone have any ideas what this is?
