I know human anatomy is usually asymmetrical. Women have surgery all the time to have more symmetry in the breast area which is understandable.
I am obsessed about my testicles. The right one is about 40% - 60% larger than the left one. I was thinking of having one removed and replaced by a prosthetic but I don't know which one to replace and I still might want to father children so I only want to replace one of them.
I know "big balls" are a sign of virility but I also know women almost never are impressed by ball size. Also big testicles are problematic because the big one causes the scrotum to stick to the leg and it gets irritated and swollen sometimes.

Any input would be appreciated.
