Q: Testicle size
asked by: DoctorQuestion on April 16th, 2008
Im 16 years of age. My left testicle is only slightly bigger than the other yet sometimes when my balls hang low the left one hangs a hell of alot lower than my right. I heard about some symptons of testicular cancer so far i only seem to have two symptons. The left ball that is bigger and also back pain. However the back pain is not constant its only off and on every 3 weeks?

Do you think i might have cancer? I'm really worried

The left testicle is normally a little bit bigger and settled lower than the right one.
Symptoms of testicular cancer are a growing, painless mass inside the scrotum. Back pain is a common symptom for many disorders so it is rarely related to testicular cancer.

You may want to consult your GP for sure.
