Hiya,

I started getting pains in my right testicle over two years ago now. I did previously have chlamedia that was treated and it was 6 months later my right testicle became sore, it gave me pains in my right abdomen area and up to my ribs, my hairs on my tummy were sore.

My Dr has given me ultrasound and has said that seems fine, done urine tests. I now get a pain in my perenium area (between balls and bum). It feels like there is a hard muscle running part the way between my balls and my bum in the middle. I have increased frequency in urination, cramping when i ejaculate. Sore penis base sometimes, the testicle feels loose and feels bruised but doesn't appear discoloured or different in size.

They are going to do a diagnostic laporoscopy as they believe it is a hernia....only by me coughing and the consultant said he felt a very slight bulge. Would I get all the above if I had a hernia??

I started googling lots of different things and realised it could of been prostatitis and I get a pain when I sit down on either side of my perenium.

Thanks
