Im 14, for about a few days maybe a week, my right testicle has been hurting. The first night or two it wasnt bad, but recently its been hurting a bit more, and a little pain on the right art of my stomach above the place of the testicle. and my right lef has also been hurting along with it.

edit: also, lately my mouth has been dry and ive been feeling more thirsty then usual if that helps..

I dont not want to comfront my parents or go to a doctors, could this be serious?
