so for the past 3 days or so when i touch the very top of my right testicle (possibly the epididymis) it feels very sore. the rest of my testicle is fine but when i touch that specific area it's very painful. walking around and being active isn't much of an issue it's just extremely annoying when i touch it...what could this be?
