Q: testicle pain

hey I'm 22. A morning or two ago I noticed a slight pain in my testicle when I would roll my testicle around. I had just woken up. It was my left testicle on the left side and towards the back around the top. Sort of hard to pinpoint where. Anyway, I tried today to see if it was still hurting. When I rolled it around or pressed on it it didn't hurt at first but as I did it the pain increased. I wouldn't say it's extreme pain but it does hurt a little. I can't really tell any lumps of any significance around where it was hurting so I don't really think it's cancer. I'm going to wait a while to see if it goes away or not. I figure it's just a nerve or something. I have also been riding my bike the past couple of days and heard that it can cause those kind of problems from sitting incorrectly. Has anybody else experienced pain like this?

well I think I was pressing on the top of my testicle. There is a part of both testicles that is sensitive if pressed enough. I think I was pressing on that thinking that it was the side of my testicle since my lower hanging one is harder to move around than my other one. But I'm hoping that's what it was.

i'm went through the same thing. same area, same side. i made the mistake of masturbating during said pains(please don't ask why) , and it made it much worse, it lasted for about 3 days afterwards, with use of painkillers (800 Mg of ibuprofen or a tylenol). it wasn't but about a week or so ago, and now i'm having the same problem, but it's mirrored, on the right side, this time i noticed it immediately after yet another ejaculation from masturbating....i don't know if this helps any, but i've been through it, and if anyone can help either of us out, it's much appreciated.
