Ok, so about a few weeks ago, I started having a burning pain in my testicles. Not hugely hurting, but still annoying and so I went to the doctor. It was also hurting during urination some. So he diagnosed me with urethritis, I tested negative for chlaymidia (I'm a virgin anyway), and gave me Zithromax for 3 days. That seemed to help, but the pain came back soon after, and I was having more of a shooting pain in my testicles after that. I was then diagnosed with epididymitis, given doxycycline, and sent home. I am almost done with the antibiotic and the symptoms continue to persist and I have new ones.

Last night, I had a nocturnal emission (I stopped masturbating when all thiss happened), then when I tried to get up to urinate, it felt like I couldn't for like 10 seconds, even though I needed to go. I eventually was able to, but I had a weird feeling like maybe the urine was backed up.

Today, I had some of the same pain in my testicles, and now I get pain in my groin and anus area, especially before a bowel movement.

I am going to see a urologist soon, but I wanted some other opinions regardless. What is going on?! If it helps, I'm an 18-year old male.
