Okay, here's the deal. Lately my left testicle has been in pain that sometimes moves up into my lower abdomin (spelled wrong). The left testicle is kinda bumpy, like its not round. Its like someone squished part of up up and its spread around. I'm also experiencing some redness.

Please respond, im 15 and kinda scared shitless. Though cancer is unlikely It is never not an option, possibly testicle torsion but I dont think there is enough pain, no extreme swelling either so not a fluid buildup.
