Hi There, this has only happened twice but i wouldnt like it to happen again, basically one morning my left testicle started hurting, it kind shrinked and went hard, then my stomach started to really hurt then i got really nausious. The pain was so unbearable i was gonna call an Ambulance, i'm 20 years old and i dont think this is cancer especially because i dont feel a lump.

Any help will be appreciated before i go to my GP.
