Q: testicle pain after erections

Hi I get a pain in my left testicle after i spend time with my girlfriend, when we get close just kissing and cuddling, but i get turned on quite easy, after i have a few erections, the pain seems to build up more and more, to the worst, at the end of the day when i ma rolling around in bed trying anything to ease the pain.

I was at the point of crying one night it was that bad.
I have seent the doc before a while ago and it got investigated, they did an ultra sound and found nothing, the consultant thought it might testicle twisting so he operated and attached it to the skin so it cant twist in future, but its still here.

I'm going docs again today, and try to convince him it needs something doing.

does anyone know what this might be or had this before.

also in a year period when i had no girlfriend and no cuddleing or kissing any girls the pain didnt come to any where near the severity.

can anyone help me?

Same surgery
Hey! I've had the same surgery as you this past January and am STILL feeling some discomfort 4 moths later. How long did it take for you to feel back to normal after the surgery? What was the healing process like for you and what can I expect? I have beengetting some mild discomfort and severe spasms where my testicles push up towards my body and are tight...was this normal for you during the recovery process??

i had it a while ago so im a bit vauge.
Think it took me about 3-4 weeks for the discomfort of healing to go, basically about a week after the stiches had grown out.

the spasm you speak of, if it it one testicle going up above your penis and almost inside i got that some times, when masterbating or sex, but it has gone away now about a year later, never caused anything else i dont think, i just poped it back round when it moved.

but the original problem i had didnt go and i still have it.

If your discomfort is for longer than i have said above go back to the doc that did it and ask.

Thanks!
Thanks a lot! Yeah, I'm a dancer. When I dance sometimes its a lil uncomfortbale but nothing a hot shower and some advil wouldn't fix. The spasming is like both testicles feel tight and draw upward when I need to use the restroom (no. 2) in particular and is usually relieved after I go. It is a lot like what u described. Also, the chords are a tad uncomfortable sometimes but nothing too severe. After masturbation (whioch I was petrified to do)...it was kind of uncomfortable later and that spasm would start a day after but relaxes after some time. Hopefully therse will go awasy as time goes on, thanks.

i have had the same problem as you also,i would spend time with my girl and shortly after i hv an erection my testicals would start to hurt, kind of swell to a point.at one point i was almost crying.i hv wat doctors call Varicocele and if u dont know what that is it means that i hv an excessive amount of blood vessel in my testicals.im not sure if that causes it or not.after masturbation or sex the pain somewhat goes away.thanks for reading comment if u hv any advice Smile

blue b@lls?
my ex-boyfriend used to call that "blue b@lls". he said that if we were together and making out etc, that he would get an erection that would last for a while. then afterwards, the testes would ache like crazy. i think that this is a normal guy phenomenon.

i'm kinda surprised that your doctor didn't think about blue b@lls and instead wanted to operate on you.

ok, it seems this is more common than i thought. i too have had the surgery and am still having the pain and have had numerous ultrasounds done an my doc thought it was a hernia. no dice. the ultrasound reveled nothing. all is as it should be down there, yet i still have the same pains as you described.

Hey,

When a guy gets an erection for a long time, the testicules fill up with sperm. If the person does not ejaculate, the testicules fill up and this causes pain.
